Nova Maldives is seeking a passionate Spa Therapist to join our soulful island resort!

What You'll Do:

• Perform a full range of spa and beauty therapy treatments as per resort standard, ensuring highest guest satisfaction and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all treatment rooms, spa areas, and equipment in line with brand and Richey standards.
• Ensure treatment rooms and spa facilities are well-stocked and organized according to operational guidelines.
• Actively promote spa services and retail products to guests, contributing to sales targets.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism.
• Keep detailed records of guest preferences, treatment notes, and therapist performance metrics.
• Actively participate in the planning and execution of spa promotions, packages, and wellness events.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, serene environment for guests.
• Cover spa reception or retail outlet as needed, supporting overall operations.
• Maintain knowledge of all spa, health, and fitness services offered by the resort.
• Contribute monthly revenue and expense reports as required by Spa Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and fire regulations always.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury resort or spa environment.
• Recognized certification/diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or equivalent.
• Proficient in a variety of massage techniques, body treatments, facials, Manicure and pedicure and retail sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for guest wellness and service.
• Well-groomed, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality treatments with attention to detail.
