Nova Maldives is seeking a passionate Yoga Instructor cum Therapist to join our soulful island resort!

What You'll Do:

• Conduct personalized and group yoga and meditation sessions to the highest professional standards.
• Perform a full range of beauty and spa treatments, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and stock levels in treatment rooms, yoga platforms, and spa areas.
• Promote and upsell spa services, treatments, and retail products to maximize revenue.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of new and existing spa team members.
• Collaborate with Spa Reception to ensure smooth booking and guest coordination.
• Monitor product inventory and request supplies based on operational needs.
• Participate in the planning and execution of spa promotions and wellness initiatives.
• Support in performance evaluations and keep accurate records of individual team member progress.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa and fitness offerings, as well as current wellness trends.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, fire, and hygiene regulations within the department.
• Cover duties at the fitness center and spa retail areas when needed, including guest assistance.
• Attend departmental meetings, training sessions, and contribute positively to team culture.
• Demonstrate a high level of personal grooming, punctuality, and professional behavior at all times.
• Responsible for spa reception when no wellness activities are scheduled.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Yoga Instructor t in a luxury resort or spa environment.
• Recognized certification in yoga practice and qualification in spa therapy.
• Proficient in a variety of yoga practices, massage techniques and body treatments.
• Good command of English plus other languages would be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for guest wellness and service.
• Well-groomed, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality treatments with attention to detail.
