Job Title: Cluster Reservation Agent

Nova Maldives is seeking a passionate Cluster Reservation Agent  join our soulful island resort!

About the Role:

As Cluster Reservation Agent,  you will be based in Nova Maldives and play a key role in handling reservations functions for both Nova Maldives and Eri Maldives.

What You'll Do:

• Handle reservation requests, amendments, and cancellations for Nova Maldives and Eri Maldives.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from guests, tour operators, and partners across all assigned properties.
• Handle and prioritize daily correspondence via email, phone, and reservation systems for the properties.
• Verify room availability, rates, packages, and conditions across the properties before confirming bookings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records in the PMS for all properties within the cluster.
• Coordinate with the Sales team on group reservations and allocations across the multiple properties.
• Support the Director of Sales and Reservations leadership in cluster-level operations.
• Monitor and review room inventory daily for the properties to ensure optimal availability.
• Assist in optimizing inventory distribution between properties to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Ensure all guest preferences, special requests, and billing instructions are accurately recorded and communicated per property.
• Deliver consistent, professional communication aligned with brand standards across both properties.
• Upsell relevant services, upgrades, and cross-sell between properties when appropriate.
• Handle guest and agent queries efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction across the cluster.
• Generate, analyze, and share reservation and performance reports for both properties.
• Liaise with multiple departments across both properties to ensure seamless coordination and guest experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel reservations. Previous experience in a cluster role would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and reservation systems
• Strong understanding of room inventory, rates, and booking processes
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across email, phone, and other platforms
• Ability to handle reservations, amendments, and cancellations with accuracy and attention to detail
• Customer-focused with the ability to upsell services and manage special requests effectively
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
